They’ve completed several projects for us so far and have never disappointed. From start to finish, their team has been extremely responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Communication was clear, they showed up when they said they would, and the quality of their work has been consistently excellent. What really stood out to us was how quickly they were able to respond—after we called, they were able to come out within just a couple of hours, which was incredibly helpful. We truly appreciate their reliability and professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality service.

Technician Amir from On Time Heating & Cooling was excellent. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable, and he took the time to clearly explain the issue and the repair. The service was efficient, thorough, and courteous from start to finish. I would highly recommend Amir and the On Time Heating & Cooling team.

Don’t come when they’re supposed to and when they come back, they don’t finish so they have to come back again and then they don’t come back

Excellent service. Amir is very nice. More importantly, he came out immediately to repair the AC unit to save us from the sweltering, Georgia summer heat. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants friendly, efficient service at competitive prices.

We highly recommend On Time Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC needs. We came back from vacation to a malfunctioning second floor AC unit that flooded our spare bedroom. AMIR came over on a Friday night at 10:15PM and was here for a few hours. He got our unit back in service. Great job On Time!
