Raised in the inner city of Cleveland, Ohio, Amir Abdur Rauf developed an early passion for fixing things and making a meaningful impact in people’s lives. That passion turned into a calling after witnessing firsthand how reliable heating could make all the difference during harsh Midwest winters. Inspired by a family friend who restored their home’s furnace, Amir set his sights on building a career in the HVAC industry.
In 2007, Amir completed an intensive federal Department of Labor training program, logging over 5,000 hours of hands-on experience while successfully passing all required examinations. He continued to strengthen his technical expertise through advanced NATE coursework, earning multiple industry certifications that reflect his commitment to excellence and professional growth.
In 2013, Amir founded On Time Heating & Cooling with a clear mission: to deliver dependable, high-quality HVAC services built on trust, integrity, and craftsmanship. To better serve a growing customer base, the company later expanded with a second location in Atlanta, Georgia, and has proudly served the Gwinnett area for nearly a decade.
