Amazing guy! On the coldest day of the year late night when we should've all been in bed, he was more worried about getting us warm in our home than how much money he could squeeze out of us in this emergency situation. Shane, the owner of the company, came out last night at almost 11:00 pm when our heat went out in -20° weather. The fix was fairly simple—a wire had burned through because it was resting on the motor. Shane was caring, kind, polite, and honest about some maintenance we should have been doing on our furnace. He also offered his company’s monthly plan, which significantly reduced the service cost for a weekend call outside of normal work hours, and he didn’t charge us for the quick wire repair. On Time Heating & Cooling is the only company we’ll use moving forward.

I am not on to post reviews. However, the service that I got today for my furnace was top notch! They went through everything in great detail, and asked if I had questions.
